End User License Agreement and Terms of Service

These terms govern your personal use of the inzone mobile application and related services (the “App”).
1. Agreement
By selecting Agree and continue, downloading, installing, or using inzone, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Apple users are also subject to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement where it applies. Mandatory consumer rights in your country or region remain unaffected.
2. License
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use inzone on devices you own or control for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable Apple App Store or Google Play rules.
3. Guest Use and Accounts
A login is not required to begin. After you accept the Privacy Policy and EULA, inzone automatically creates a guest profile so you can use the App immediately.
You may later connect email and password, Sign in with Apple, or Google Sign-In. This connection is designed to protect the existing guest account and preserve its progress. You are responsible for permanent account credentials and activity under your account.
You must be at least 13 years old or meet the applicable minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction.
4. Free Access and Feature Limits
The free tier includes focus sessions of up to 45 minutes at a time. This is a per-session limit, not a daily focus limit. Premium and Founder plans may unlock longer sessions, additional tracking capacity, and other paid features shown in the App.
Features and limits may evolve, but paid access will be determined from an active store entitlement rather than device-local status alone.
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of journal entries, targets, habits, daily wins, profile details, and focus history you create in inzone.
You grant us the limited permission needed to store, process, synchronize, and display that content back to you as part of the App. We do not use personal content for advertising or marketing.
You must not create or transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, infringing, deceptive, or malicious.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not:
- Bypass security or access another user’s account
- Disrupt, overload, or damage the App or its services
- Scrape user data or attempt unauthorized data collection
- Manipulate progress, Founder availability, purchases, or entitlements through unauthorized means
- Upload malware or harmful code
- Sell, transfer, or commercially exploit an account without permission
- Reverse engineer the App where prohibited by applicable law
- Use inzone in violation of law or third-party rights
7. Progress and Virtual Status
Scores, attributes, daily grades, streaks, achievements, and Founder badges are App features with no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for money and may be corrected, adjusted, or removed when needed to address errors, abuse, or service changes.
8. Subscriptions and Purchases
inzone offers Premium and Founder as auto-renewing monthly or annual subscriptions. The U.S. reference prices planned for launch are:

The price and billing period displayed by Apple App Store or Google Play immediately before purchase control the transaction. Taxes, exchange rates, and regional store tiers may change the displayed amount.
Founder is not lifetime access. It is a recurring subscription with a permanently lower Founder rate while the subscription remains continuously active, except for taxes, currency conversion, or changes required by the store or applicable law. Access ends if the subscription expires, is canceled, refunded, or revoked.
Founder sales are intended for the first 100 confirmed members. The App stops offering new Founder checkouts when the confirmed count reaches 100, although checkouts already underway may still complete, so the final count can be slightly higher.
- Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the store before renewal.
- The store shows the price, billing period, and any trial before confirmation.
- Uninstalling inzone or deleting an inzone account does not cancel a store subscription.
- Refund requests are handled under the store policy applicable to the purchase.
- Restore Purchases can recover eligible access associated with the current store account.
We may change future pricing or plan availability subject to store rules, notice requirements, and applicable law.
9. No Third-Party Advertising
inzone does not display third-party advertising. Paid plans unlock additional App features and limits; they are not ad-removal products.
10. Background Timers and Device Features
Active focus sessions may continue to calculate elapsed time while inzone is backgrounded or the screen is locked. Operating-system restrictions can affect alerts, audio, haptics, or background execution. You remain responsible for using the App safely and following device, workplace, and local rules.
11. Health and Safety Disclaimer
inzone is a productivity and self-management tool. It does not provide medical, psychological, financial, legal, or other professional advice, and it is not a regulated medical device.
Do not interact with timers or other App controls while driving or in any situation where distraction could be unsafe.
12. Availability and Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free results, permanent availability of every feature, or that progress data can never be lost.
Rights and warranties that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, inzone and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of or inability to use the App.
Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid for inzone during the preceding 12 months or USD $50, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
14. Suspension, Cancellation, and Deletion
We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, abuse, security threats, unlawful activity, or material violation of these Terms.
You may stop using inzone at any time. You can permanently delete your account from Settings > Delete Account or follow the Account and Data Deletion instructions.
Deleting an account or uninstalling the App does not cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Subscription management remains available through the applicable store.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as inzone changes. Material updates will be presented in the App for renewed acceptance when required. If you do not agree to an update, you must stop using the App.
16. General Terms
These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the agreement between you and inzone regarding the App. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Applicable law and mandatory consumer rights govern any dispute.
