Inside inzone

A focus app, habit tracker and progress journal in one system.

01

Flexible habit tracking

Set a meaningful duration, choose a repeat pattern, check in and see each completed day on a compact monthly grid.

02

Targets with real progress

Create goals, allocate time and focus directly toward them instead of keeping a disconnected list of intentions.

03

Three daily wins

Name the three outcomes that would make today count, then check them off without building another overwhelming task list.

04

Private journal

Capture a daily reflection in the same place as your focus history. Journal entries contribute to Mindfulness, never advertising.

05

Permanent day grades

Each finished day receives an S-to-F grade based on focus, habits, daily wins, journaling and completed targets, then locks into your calendar.

06

History and achievements

Review completed sessions and check-ins, follow streaks and unlock milestones as consistent effort accumulates.

No ads. No public competition. Start as a guest and connect an account only when you want to protect your progress.

Do I need to create an account?
